If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. T-Shirt World stands behind our products. We want you, the customer, to be 100% satisfied with your order.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order please e-mail us to issue you a Return Authorization Number of your unworn and unused item with all tags attached and in the original packaging for an exchange.

All packages received without a Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the label will not be accepted.

Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. Keep your proof of shipment in the event that your shipment is lost. T-Shirt World cannot be held responsible for lost items. The item will be inspected when received. If the item is returned per these instructions you will be sent your exchange or be refunded the price you paid less the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. We will only authorize returns or exchanges if we are notified within 5 days of you receiving the item.

Exchange and returns not allowed after 5 days from your receipt of the order.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
